By using Narrowly, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

2. The game

Narrowly provides one scheduled three-round number game per day during its available schedule. Questions, ranges, scores, streak rules, and availability may be corrected or changed to keep the game accurate, fair, and enjoyable.

3. Personal use

You may play and share your own result for personal, noncommercial purposes. You may not copy, sell, scrape, republish, reverse engineer for exploitation, or interfere with the game, its question schedule, branding, code, or hosting.

4. Fair play

Please do not use automation, modified clients, or technical workarounds to manipulate scores or disrupt access for others. Narrowly is a casual game, and scores do not have cash value or create a right to any prize.

5. Scores and local storage

Saved progress and statistics are kept locally in your browser only when you allow saving. Browser settings, device changes, software updates, storage limits, or deletion can reset them. Peanutgames does not promise to restore a lost score or streak.

6. Question accuracy

We aim to use clear, reliable numerical answers. Some real-world measurements and estimates can vary by method or source. Wording such as “about” signals a rounded or commonly cited value. If you spot a problem, please contact us so we can review it.

7. Intellectual property

Narrowly’s name, logos, visual design, question collection, original text, and software are owned by peanutgames or used with permission. Third-party names and references remain the property of their respective owners and are used descriptively.

8. Availability and changes

We may update, pause, correct, or discontinue all or part of Narrowly at any time. We do not guarantee that the game will always be available, uninterrupted, compatible with every browser, or free from errors.

9. Disclaimer

Narrowly is provided for casual entertainment on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, peanutgames disclaims implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and noninfringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, peanutgames will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, scores, streaks, profits, or access arising from the use of Narrowly. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when Narrowly changes or legal requirements develop. The effective date will identify the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
