Privacy Policy
Narrowly is a daily number game made by peanutgames. This policy explains the small amount of information involved when you play.
1. The short version
Narrowly does not require an account. We do not use advertising trackers or analytics in the current version, and we do not sell personal information. If you allow saving, your game progress, scores, and streak stay in your own browser using local storage.
2. Information saved on your device
If you choose Save my progress, Narrowly stores today’s progress and local game statistics in your browser under the key narrowly-state-v1. This can include completed rounds, daily scores, games played, best score, average score inputs, ranges hit, perfect rounds, and streak history.
Your privacy choice is stored separately under narrowly-storage-consent-v1 so the game can remember whether you chose saving or no saving.
3. Playing without saving
If you choose Play without saving, Narrowly removes saved game data and keeps the current game only in temporary page memory. Reloading or closing the page can reset that progress. The small privacy-choice record remains so the acknowledgement does not appear on every visit.
4. Hosting information
Narrowly is hosted using Firebase Hosting. As with most websites, the hosting provider may automatically process technical request information such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, and time of access for delivery, reliability, abuse prevention, and security. Peanutgames does not add its own analytics to the current game.
5. Contact information
If you email us, we receive the email address and information you choose to include. We use it to respond, handle support, and protect the game. We keep correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes or legal obligations.
6. Links to other sites
Narrowly links to the peanutgames website. A separate site may have its own privacy practices, which apply after you follow its link.
7. Your choices and deletion
Open Privacy choices in the game footer to change saving at any time. You can also erase saved Narrowly data there. Clearing this site’s browser data will remove the same information. Changing browsers or devices does not transfer local stats.
8. Children
Narrowly is a general-audience game and does not ask players to submit a name, age, or account profile. If you believe a child has sent personal information by email, contact us so we can review and delete it when appropriate.
9. Security and retention
Browser storage is convenient, but no storage method is perfectly secure. Game data remains until you erase it, clear browser data, or the browser removes it. Email and basic hosting records may be retained as reasonably necessary for support, security, and legal compliance.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the game or its data practices change. The effective date at the top will be updated when that happens. Material new data uses should be explained before they take effect.
11. Contact
Questions or privacy requests can be sent to officialpeanutgames@outlook.com.
